CRF encoding...

Have a quick question, first why the crf values are obfuscated with percent stuff, but that I can live with, but where from the VBV buffer values come from? They mangle the video to the point of no return? Why have CRF and then kill it? But coincidentally constant quantizer works fine, Basically what I'm asking why CRF is unusable and what can I do to make it well... be CRF?

Hotcooler: I have never tried CRF before.
However, I did notice that you had set the Encoder at "Auto Select", with CUDA greyed out.
If you want to rely on the x264 settings at far right, maybe set Encoder = x264
