Mediacoder shuts down my computer

So I'm using iPod/iPhone edition on windows 7 (mediacoder x64 version 0.8.1 build 5200). I've converted 3 or 4 movies into the 720 format without many issues however for some reason when I try converting The A-Team it gets an undetermined length through the process and then my computer shuts down every time.I tried converting another movie after the crashes and it still converts other movies... I've watched the file so I know it's a working file.... Any information required to trouble shoot this just ask . Thx

Your system is possibly overheat.

well i dont think its my system overheating as i stated ive been able to convert other movies using the 720p setting. one file that i couldnt get to convert into 720p i got to convert using the iphone/ipod touch 480x320 setting however i tried this setting with another file and it didnt work it shut me down . id like to solve this though and get these files converted to 720p

Bump As I stated I doubt the computer is overheating as I have converted other movies with the same settings without an issue
