Set the AR as well as resizing or set PAR=VGA11 so the header knows not to copy the AR from the previous file.

If you don't want the video distorted (stretched) you need to set Crop = Expand to Fit or Crop to Fit (read: viewtopic.php?f=17&t=8188&start=0)
It might also be useful to read the Guide on Aspect Ratio (viewtopic.php?f=17&t=8197&start=0 ).

If the actual encode is resized, but the player still sees the DAR transferred from the original video, you have to set the DAR to 4:3 and also square pixels = VGA11.

Sorry for the double post XD

Anyway I already converted some of my .mkv files into the right resolution. ANother problem opens up. Most of the converted one were errors, lets say out of 10 only 2 of them was transcoded successfully. Also the subs from .mkv was missing. Oh why T_T

VGA11 used to be under Settings-Overall-Video Options-Pixel Aspect Ratio Mode

No idea where it is now.
