Some Error in 5002 (converting audio only)

Maximum time i use Mediacoder 0.7.3.4600 ...because i think it is the best stable version ever release. Today i download Mediacoder 2011 build 5002 and i do some test but when i try to encode only audio part it fails to encode.
e.g
I select a video file which contain two audio track and while encoding i deselect video part and only select Audio encoding with setting---->

*MKV File
Encode : Nero Encoder
Format : HE-AAC V2
Source : Mplayer
Resample : Original
48Kbps with normalization
Hint track Enable
Dual Audio Track Select

And 4600 encode correctly all two audio tracks without any error but 5002 unable encode it fails everytime.I try with may files and same thing happen.

I don't why it happen....if i m doing any wrong please tell me how solve it.

like the new features but still can't convert vob/mpg to avi with audio copy. that would be nice.

Try setting video encoder to ffmpeg and disable muxer.
However, AVI is not incompatible with some audio formats.

i don't why it happen i use same setting in both version.
