Windows 7 Phone Preset?

Hey guys just wondering what you think would be the best format/settings for conversion for the new Windows 7 Phones?

I was thinking H.264 High Profile Bitstream 3.1 but I really have no idea what I'm talking about...

Any help you can provide would be great
