PSP version problems with multiple audio tracks

I'm using the PSP mediacoder and I'm trying to convert an mp4 file with 2 audio tracks and I have tried changing the settings in the audio button but I can't get it to out put with the english audio track it always picks the other one and I don't speak japanese. Here's the file info:
