I see the PlugIns take both an XML and DLL file.
Any notes on how an end user could create a plug-in. Modifying the XML is pretty simple. What is the DLL doing and is it possible for an end-user to modify a current file-pair to add another device??

I was going to release some doc on plug-in development. But the final interface of plug-in has been fixed yet (it's almost fixed, there will only be some minor changes).
I'm glad that you are interested in creating a plug-in. Here is all the source of plug-ins available now. You first take a look and if you have any questions, just let me know. If you can think of any improvements on the plug-in interface, please also tell me about it.
