H.264 no video (converting to IPOD with iphone edition)

Post by carrot » Wed Jun 25, 2008 8:27 pm

I have no idea what's going on here...
I'm using the iPhone edition.
When I convert any movie using the H.264 Profile, the output file has no video in it. Why is that? What is going on?

I downloaded videora ipod converter and it worked just fine using the H.264 codec.

Any ideas?

Thank you
Chandler

I've got the same Problem with every Program thats Using the MEncoder. Anything is going wrong with my Windows XP SP3.

The mp4 File I'm trying to encode will got a good size. But it will not play on my device or the VLC Media Player.

In the File I can see "ftypmp42" - "isommp42" - "/freeIsoMedia File Produced with GPAC 0.4.4" and "GPAC ISO Video Handler"

Uses MEncoder the Source from GPAC 0.4.4 ?

Can I Fix it?
