Audio glitch

I get an audio glitch when grouping mp3's or wav files. The glitch is audible at each place the files join. Any ideas?
Using latest version of audio edition. Same glitch happens with full version of mediacoder.

Problem is I need a piece of software that I can do batches. I have about 1000 cd's that are tracked and need to be comverted to single mp3 files. One at a time is a bit laborious. I was hoping to use MediaCoder so that I could cut down on some of the time.
