Error loading Windows Media Audio- No File is Outputted

I'm attempting to convert a few Mp3 files to WMA so I can use them on my mobile but everytime I try, two errors pop up



and then



I need to know if theres something I'm doing wrong or if theres some sort of plugin I need to download to convert to WMA.
