I've been meaning to ask is there a plug-in or any kind of realization for encoding in advanced audio zip?

If anyone have any information on this matter, I will be very grateful.

This is the only link I can find on AAZ (Advanced Audio Zip or AAZip).

I didn't find any free encoder for this format.
