Flac + Replaygain

I would like to normalize my flac files with replaygain. But, when in Audio tab the "calculate replaygain " and/or in Sound tab "normalize" switches are in ON, the process will not start. When the switches in OFF, everything is fine, encodes files.
Input and output format equally FLAC , encoder is autoselect, no resampling, etc..
What i'm doing wrong?
