Error Loading LAME MP3 (Error 15)

I am running 0.8.22 Build 5506, 32 bits under Win8. I keep getting this ****ed error. I am trying to convert FLAC files to MP3. I have tried different FLAC source files, and I have tried converting to both VBR and CBR MP3's, tried changing destination folders, still getting this ****ed error. Any help here?? Thanx in advance.
