HE-AAC 6ch audio

I am trying convert AC-3 file 6ch 448kbps 48khz (1h 46mn, 343 MiB) to HE-AAC 6ch m4a file and I am unable to convert it at a higher bitrate then 112kbps. When I want to convert the file at 160kbps bitrate coding begins, but during encoding MediaCoder displays the message "The encoding thread seems to be blocked..." more in attachment. I have tried to convert to HE-AAC 6ch 96kbps 44,1khz and to HE-AAC 6ch 112kbps 44,1khz audio file and the job was successful. Can anyone help me?
