I was having problems loading XML files that I had created containing a list of tracks to be converted. The "Load Queue" command would result in nothing in the file window, but no error msg either.
I think I figured out why and am posting this because I've seen other posts with similar problems. You need to make sure to replace any special characters such as '&' with their XML escape codes. See this site for detail:
