I am trying to convert a streaming media file to an mpeg4 file.
I have had several failures. I used Nero and have not been able to get it to successfully convert the file.
I get about 80% or more into the file and then I get an error message that tells me that the output path is blocked and asks me if I would like to quit. If I say no, it runs for 30 seconds and the error message comes back. If I say yes, it quits without creating any of the file.
I have the latest build (I updated this morning before I did any of this) and I am using a file that I have previously converted into an mp3 file (so I know that the basic .rm file is OK.)
I would appreciate it very much if any of you could give me some guidance on the steps to convert an rm file to a mpeg4 movie.
