trying to covert movie to something other then mp4 format.

i need to change the format of movie from mp4 to avi or mpeg can someone give a how to process for this. im some what of a block head so keep the steps kind of simple. any and all help would be great. thanks in advanced.

Go to Video Tab and click the drop down box next to format. If you don't want to fiddle around with the settings, you can use the extensions menu to output to a particular device.
