MPEG1 NTSC (.DAT) or non complient TO PAL MPG1 for VCD's

Aspect ratio: 4/3

Audio Tab:
Source: MPlayer (Auto Select OFF).
Encoder: FFMPEG
Resample: 44100Hz Enable Audio: Select (tick)
Downmix: Disabled:
Gain: 0 db Normalize: Not Selected
Language: English Audio ID: -1

Video Tab:
Enable Vide: Select (Tick) and Select Bitrate-based
Slider to 1152
Source as: Default. (uncheck auto).
Backend: FFMPEG (uncheck Auto)
Select Backend (above). Select Extra MEncoder Options.
Select 'Revert'. This now should be empty. Select Apply
and select 'X' top right of box to exit.

Format: MPEG1. (copy video: unchecked)
Container: MPEG1

Picture TAB:
Resize: check, select 352x288, check 'global'.
Frame Rate: 25.00 and select Global.
Crop: Disabled
Aspec Ratio: 4/3
Rotation: uncheck.
Poste Processing: Unchecked

Text: Transfer Tags: select.
Format Output File name: Unchecked

RIGHT SIDE TABS: (final Audio format)
FFMPEG TAB:
Rate Mode: MPEG Layer 2
Bitrate/Quality: 224 or 192Kbps

NB:
If you get a different extension change the following:
Select 'Settings', 'Overall', and change 'Force extension' to
an empty line, select 'Apply' and then select top right'X' to exit.
You should have .mpg extension on final created file/s.

Don't forget to Save this as a 'preset'.
