AudioCoder 5135 bug with AAC 6ch [FIXED]
I have many MKV files that use AAC 6ch 128kbps 48khz audio. My media player plays any 6ch audio at extremely low volume so I convert to 2ch audio. I've tried to convert to LC-AAC 2ch 128kbps 48khz audio using Nero Encoder. All resultant audio is extremely garbled at very high volume. Converting AC-3...

AudioCoder 5142 progress bars
Not sure what you did between original build 5135 and new build 5142 but I see that you successfully DISABLED the progress bars for Current Task and Total Task !!!

Re: combine two avi's into one?
Yes "re-code" was used in the original post. I apologize for my oversight. My method does not involve re-code so my post was inappropriate. And thank you for your suggestion concerning bug reports. That has already been done.

Re: combine two avi's into one?
The Copy Video function in all of the new builds 5000+ disables way too many other functions. I prefer a Copy Video function because there is no re-encode of the video hence no additional loss in quality. That's why I use 4740. And the Mkvmerge GUI also uses the copy video function along with a copy...

Re: combine two avi's into one?
Try Mkvmerge GUI to do this. Load the first file with the Add button. Load the second file with the Append button. Then click the Start Muxing button. This will give you a combined file as an MKV file. No problem. Use MediaCoder to Copy Video and Copy Audio and change the container to what you want....

Re: AudioCoder 5135 is FAST !!
Yes I have the parallel tasks set to 4. A single task took just over 4 minutes. All 4 tasks in parallel took just over 11 minutes. So it was more effecient with the parallel tasks and I saved about 5 minutes. I've have used the + and - audio gain, output formatting and the time fuctions. I realize t...

Re: Help please - I'm frustrated
Try this and see if it helps you. I had the same problem and I kept re-installing the program. This seemed to "fix" things but only for the first time I used it. I thought the program was real buggy until I noticed what was happening. MediaCoder remembers what file was loaded the last time it was us...

AudioCoder 5135 is FAST !!
I just wanted to let everyone know that AudioCoder is definitely a fast encoder. My media player prefers LC-AAC 2ch audio. It does not like AC-3 6ch audio. So I transcode a lot of audio into LC-AAC 2ch audio with increased audio gain. I use the Nero Encoder for this. I have used several audio encode...

Re: Build 5135 Some AC-3 works, some not work
I've already tried the full version 5130, 5135 and 5136. None of them work !!!! The last version that worked for how I use it was 4740. I've been doing a lot of experimentation to try to understand why things don't work with the full version. I've come to the conclusion that something is wrong with ...

Re: Build 5135 Some AC-3 works, some not work
Additional info. I have experimented with many AC-3 6ch MKV files. All files with 640kbps bitrates fail. All other files, 448kbps bitrates or less, work.
