I wonder why the latest update won't install for me... You should probably do 2-pass encoding for best quality at that bitrate. No idea why Copy audio does not work. I assume it is mp3. Maybe it's the original resolution. Does Mediacoder have a problem with widths greater than 720? A partial encode might give you more information than just getting 'No F...

Whatever the description at the bottom says, copy literally means copy. Sometimes you want to keep the video or audio intact and just encode one or the other. What kind of video is it? AVI? MPG? How long is the entire movie? What codecs were used? Try disable audio and see if the video encodes in it...
