Installed 3760 update and found that if you set

Custom DAR , VGA11 and aspect to 0:0 may work. Don't have MPEG4 Modifier on this machine, but try setting aspect =0:0 last.

Try taking out the aspect=4/3 - the standalone will not read it anyway, probably. The resolution is 4/3, no need to check box.

But instead of re-encoding , just load in MPEG4 Modifier, select "square Pixels" and save under another name.

Whatever the description at the bottom says, copy literally means copy. Sometimes you want to keep the video or audio intact and just encode one or the other. What kind of video is it? AVI? MPG? How long is the entire movie? What codecs were used? Try disable audio and see if the video encodes in it...
