Looks like this problem is with version 4488!
I checked version 4399, using the Huffyuv codec on a 1-GB VOB file in NTSC, which had 59,000 frames.
It worked -- did not truncate!

Why does MediaCoder have settings for frame rate on the Picture tab if it doesn't make use of it?

I think Stanley is suggesting your file is faulty, not your version of MediaCoder!

Two comments:
1. I doubt if huffyuv takes any notice of your quality setting, it would give max bitrate whatever.
2. My conversions all work for IMA PCM audio (both Video and Audio with auto select Souce and FFmpeg encoder)
