Im missing it too - but for another purpose:
I capture lot of stuff via screen capturing - i use VirtualDUB to raise the fps then convert to back 25 in one single step.
With Mediacoder i could convert all my 400 caps at once if it gets such a function!

Hm.. the up/down keys are not enough.. Im missing "Sort by Type" f.e.
to delete different files, especially when selected via "Add Folder" - so that we can delete the stuff we dont wont (all together - not one by one in a list of Hundrets of Files)
