MediaCoder is not an audio editor but it is able to trim (sometimes). I might try if I get the time. In the meantime you should try some experimentation. Try trimming with and without Copy. ALos try different containers, such as "Default" or Raw Stream ... I was able to manipulate audios in mediaco...

Mediacoder 5360 x 64 and 5360 x 32
If I try to view Picture >> effects for file esp AVI , Mediacoder hangs. It works only if the listed file container is MP4.
Hope this is corrected in the future versions.

Mediacoder x 64 5360 for Win 7 and MC 5360 for XP SP3. While Transcoding I find the CPU @ nearly 100% consumed by Mediacoder in bot 64 and 32 bit versions.
