Nice finding ce1st. Did the exact same thing awhile back by re-assigning my drive letters, but I had no way of proving this fix. This proves the doubts I was having. MediaCoder does not accept DCF as an input file. DCF is also a protected format. Please refer to Supported Audio & Video Formats.

I believe the movie you have was shoot in film (24 fps) and was Telecined (look under 2:3 pulldown). If that's the case, I suggest using 23.976 fps (24000/1001 in MediaCoder) to reverse the process.
