Wiki is the way I prefer. It's easier to maintain.

I have a PSP but I don't have an iPod video. If someone can tell me detailed spec of iPod playable videos, I can have a try.

PS: If someone can donate an iPod to me, that will be even better. I will be able to implement detecting and auto file uploading to the iPod.

I don't know the spec of your phone. As a usual case, choose Lame as audio encoder, Xvid as video format, MP4 as container.
