Another reason I like this program is because the interface is much cleaner looking then SUPER (the interface seems cluttered and somewhat confusing to me). Not only that, SUPER hasn't been updated in awhile.

Don't you mean m2v extension? m1v is mpeg-1 video file. Anyways, the only method I can think of is by transcoding the audio portion first and then transcoding the video portion last.
