I tested WMA encoding in version 0.6.1.4192 and it still doesn't work. After examining the console output I came to the conclusion that MediaCoder forgets to add quotation marks to the codec and the audio format settings. I still can't encode to WMA with MediaCoder 0.6.1.4180. Now the problem is entirely different. If I encode to CBR the output file will have a bitrate of 4 kbps and a sampling rate of 8000 Hz. If I encode to VBR I get an error message with: "No file outputed."

I think that you're having the same problem as I do. I recommend downgrading to MediaCoder 0.6.1.4150 to solve your problem.
