SirAuron is correct and also it will work following those instructions but you should use LAME MP3 for the audio. Also works fine on bitrate without double pass if you want.

If media coder is not joining them for you then i would if you need to get the job done yes.

I have found the best way is try these your self untill you get a satisfactory outcome.

Reading everything is not just time consumming and confussing, but also inportant to some degree ....trial and error seams to work best for me.
