Re: optimize picture of my settings
I can't really see anything wrong with your file and your settings. Only things I would note are the drop in bitrate (original is 8Mbps and settings use 3Mbps) and the de-interlacing. However, the 3Mbps should be fine for a 720x576 resolution. The de-interlacing can be touch-and-go though so I would...

Re: MC doesn't stop encoding
Then it seems to me that MediaCoder's basically crashed or is stuck in an error like one of those "encoder thread is blocked" messages. Could just a program error or it might be a problem with the video (unlikely though). You'll probably have to do some testing on your own to narrow down the cause t...

Re: MC doesn't stop encoding
Can't say I've ever noticed that happening to me and I've always used x264 for my encoding... Does it still finish and produce a working file or is MediaCoder continually working and doesn't end?

Re: Geforce gtx 550 ti not supported?
MediaCoder x64 can't find any hardware acceleration support. Isn't my Nvidia Geforce gtx 550 ti supported or is there some bug in MediaCoder x64 0.8.25 in Windows 8.1? NVIDIA removed CUDA support from its latest drivers in favour of NVENC. The newest version of MediaCoder added NVENC support I thin...

Re: Raw Data
AFAIK, there is no way to reduce the raw data because that's simply how much your video would take up if you didn't use a compression method on it. But from my own testing, it seems it doesn't actually store 127GB worth of data on your hard drive. I just had a video do 100GB of raw data but the work...

Re: MEncoder missing as multiplexer.
Not sure. There's basically no advanced options for FFmpeg multiplexer unless you know command line arguments. And that's getting out of my knowledgeable area. You know, if there is no real reason to upgrade to a newer version, you might as well keep using 0.7.2.4570 since you know that worked. Or y...

Re: MEncoder missing as multiplexer.
Well, that took a while. Had to searching around for a while but I found this from MediaCoder's blog post regarding the release of v0.8.22 : Another note is that MEncoder is removed from muxers as it does a poor job in muxing. So I guess your only option if you can only use MEncoder would be to use ...

Re: language changed in compressed file
This most likely due to multiple audio tracks. When you use MediaCoder, you need to set the audio track ID to whatever the English track's ID is. In MediaCoder, load the video then select it in the list and the pane on the right will show you a MediaInfo summary. Scroll down until you see the audio ...

Re: MEncoder missing as multiplexer.
What other settings are you using? As in container and video/audio formats because they will decide what encoders and multiplexers you have use.
