Please don't post multiple topics asking the same question. It gets confusing.

Under Picture Tab, you will see resize option. Type in the resolution. Make sure the box checked.

I suggest sticking with the version that worked for you prior to updating MediaCoder. Development build tends to be buggy at times because of new features being added.

Strange how it works at the end as soon as you use HE-AAC profile. Try switching rate mode to constant bitrate (streaming), then use HE-AACv2 again. If that doesn't work, try using auto under profile, keep bitrate at 48 kbps and use cbr (streaming) for rate mode. Nero will auto determine what profil...

Can't say for sure if it does support SSE4.1. I would have to assume it doesn't.
