The only thing I can tell you is that the pixel aspect ratio is actually square (1:1). my standalone player (ESS) only plays avi's if the pixel aspect ratio is square pixels not custom. i really hope there is a way to make the encoded files show up as square pixel cause i dont want to go back to us...

xvidcore.dll is already included in MediaCoder and used by default as the backend. Why do you want a CLI? xvid_encraw.exe would only have to be put in the codecs folder just like mencoder.exe to be used it also would give MediaCoder another backend to use for xvid encoding more choices brings more ...
