usually 9800 considered a die-shrink of 8800 and they a 8800gt have the same amount of cuda cores as 9800gt which is 112 Cuda core

after a little searching in setting it seems that in
Settings ->Overall -> User Interface -> Do not Show Welcome Screen
instead of 4672 the value is set to 4606

after a little experimenting it seems the problem is because of Audio stream.
and this issue hapens whenever i use FAAC to produce a LC-AAC formated audio stream for my videos. but when I use Nero encoder an produce HC-AAC audio streams everything would be fine.

but I already have Klite mega codec pack and Klite codec pack 64bit installed on my system.
by the way why i recieve the error at the end of encoding when it want to output the file not at the beginning if that's the case

something you must consider is that the codes that allow us encode data on GPU come from NVIDIA itself. so it's hard to expect them to produce something that allow ATI card user use they card for encoding VIDEO by GPU .
