Set container as Default and disable Multiplexer.
(Odd... with chosen OGG, MediaCoder mux video to... MP4.)

Also not resample audio (or sample before) - unrecognized option `--samplerate'.

Just wrong output file extension, however it's OGG - check used MediaInfo.
