AVI container has limited support with audio formats. Only Lame MP3 and FAAC can work with AVI.
If you want to encode to MPEG-4 AVC (H.264 + AAC), I strongly suggest you to use MP4 or Matroska. If you want to encode to AAC, I suggest using Nero encoder or CT encoder. Helix is out of date.

You shouldn't use stream copy if you want to change the FPS. Use Xvid or H.264 as video format.

A not so good news is, the latest CT aacPlus encoder coming with the latest Winamp 5.22 can't work with the current interfacing code. The one in Winamp 5.21 version did work.

You should not use stream copy, as I believe AVI container can't properly handle stream of Windows Media Video.

The current mp4 tagger is not stable and sometimes it breaks files. So I disabled mp4 tagging temporarily. If there is a good mp4 tagger, I will integrate it. If you really need this function at this moment, I can make this a adjustable option.
