I don't know the spec of your phone. As a usual case, choose Lame as audio encoder, Xvid as video format, MP4 as container. Go Settings, set Settings -> Container -> MP4Box -> Force MPEG-4 sample description to Yes. You may also need to resize the video and specifiy an Xvid profile (usually Simple P...

The audio of MPEG-1 isn't MP3. It's MP2. Choose FFMPEG as audio encoder.
Set video format to MPEG-1 and container to MPEG.

I think mov is equivalent to mp4.

I will check the resizing issue. An alternative approach is to modify the resizing settings at Settings -> Video Filters -> Scaling.
Frame rate setting is an individual setting, so that each file has its own frame rate setting. To change frame rate globally, you need to set it in Settings dialog.
