Should be standard ... detect pre-existing aspect ratio and match it for the output. Just a suggestion.

didn't transcode entire movie
Seems to work great on all my movies except on a movie edited with Sony Vegas ... 40 min in length ... it only transcoded the first 4:42 seconds. Same result no matter what settings I use.

I believe avidemux can do this. Just load the file, check shift audio (it's right there on the main screen), and type in a number (in milliseconds, most likely it will be in increments of 250).
