But I do not understand why you want to use VP7 and Vorbis...
It appears that no matter what I try I get Audio stream and video stream cannot be muxed together, if I say continue anyway at the very end of the transcode I get Unsupported avi file bitstream not compliant.

Can use QuickTime input plugin or DirectShow input driver or Avisynth script to import.

What is the purpose (AVI with VP7 and Vorbis)? :?
IT doesn't necessarily have to be an avi container if there is a better container for it to be??

Re: Encoding Using On2VP7

AHH OK gotcha now... I still want to get my h264 file encoded with the vp7 codec - now I take it that I can use the Vorbis audio if I'm using AVI as the container? and on2 as the codec? Vorbis in AVI? It's very problematic... Can use FFmpeg as encoder, but transcoded file probably will not be playa...

Re: Encoding Using On2VP7

If You look at Warp Video Player or Jittr Video Player... it not use FLV, but encypted AVI with VP7 video video and separately OGG Vorbis audio. So there is no way to get ...

Re: Encoding Using On2VP7

Use MediaCoder 0.6.0 build 3993 Install VP7 VfW codec (or can copy manually vp7vfw.dll to codecs subfolder) Set just... VFW Codec file : vp7vfw.dll (also set onepass.mcf and twopass.mcf) Bitrate and Format (codec) from MediaCoder are negligible - because used external VfW codec with own config. Set...
