I've never use any kind of program filters before so I wouldn't really know what to tell you I only use avisynth filters, there are way more filter than than Vdub and mediacoder, I'm not sure about your build, but I use denoise and post-processing with very least amount just so not to affect any cle...

There is an option to use video filter on "setting"

It would be best if you could show me the screenshot, I'm not sure how the newest version/build really work since I'm using the stable version right now and waiting for the newest build to be completely stable before installing

No is alright, I like to use mediacoder and I never really encode rmvb that much, so is fine

If you tried what above suggested and still not working

You may consider downsizing to 1280x720 as it use less power when lower resolution is used
is still HD, so the quality should be good
