Re: In version 0.8.65, x264 cannot be invoked.
I wonder that no persons respond about this issue. Trying to replace \Program_Files\codecs64\x264.exe with that of MC_0.8.63, I can invoke x264.exe on MC_0.8.65. On MC_0.8.65, "Fixed MEncoder decoding issue on CPU with more than 16 cores"(0.8.64 Changelog) is important improvement from 0.8.63. Then ...

In version 0.8.65, x264 cannot be invoked.
New version 0.8.65 has been released. However, x264.exe cannot be invoked in this new version. When "auto" or x264 is selected for encoder to get H264 output format, ERROR 14 hapens in almost cases. Whereas I can get H264 format output when CUDA is selected. Under older version 0.8.63, x264.exe is i...

Re: Thanks stan for 0.8.65
I can get H.264 product by using CUDA encoder, whereas I cannot use x264 encoder.

Re: Thanks stan for 0.8.65
However, in 0.8.65, we cannot make .h264 format because x264.exe could not be invoked. Error 14 happens.

MC-0.8.63: cannot run source filter Mencoder with multithread
Last year, I posted into "General Discussions" the same problem as to MC-0.8.61. And it has not been improved yet even as to MC-0.8.63. When Mencoder is used as source filter, conversion speed is too slow than that when ffpmeg used. In my typically case, ffmpeg gives 4.0x, Mencoder gives 1.6x. Menco...

MC-0.8.61: Source filter Mencoder do not utilyse multithread ? When Mencoder is used as source filter, conversion speed is too slow than that when ffpmeg used. In my typically case, ffmpeg gives 4.0x, Mencoder gives 1.6x. Mencoder gives much slower speed ! I use 16core-32thread dual-Xeon system. Vie...

Additional: Inverse telecine filter does not work properly under ffmpeg source
Inspecting the console message, when Mencoder is employed, statement "Opening video filter: [pullup] " is found in the console, and proper IVTC is done. On the other hand, when ffmpeg is employed for source filter, word "pullup" is not exist in ffmpeg invoking string. <Case 1> File -> Settings -> Vi...

Inverse telecine filter does not work properly under ffmpeg source
With MC-0.8.61,when converting 3,2-pulldowned mpeg2-aac TS file(1920x1080,29.97i) into H.264/ac3(1920x1080,23.976p) m2ts file, inverse telecine filter works properly if input source is Mencoder. Whereas, it does not work properly when ffmpeg is used for input source. In telecined 29.97fps TS file, f...

Re: MC_0.8.61: Can I replace TSmuxer 2.6.15_64bit with TSmuxer_1.10.6_32bit ?
Of course I did it. At a glance, it goes well within my conversion.
However, I want to know why Stanley employs TSmuxer_2.6.15 in spite of the problem giving improper video bitrate.
Is there any reason where bad version tsMuxeR is employed ?

MC_0.8.61: Can I replace TSmuxer 2.6.15_64bit with TSmuxer_1.10.6_32bit ?
MC_0.8.60 uses TSmuxer2.6.12_32bit, MC_0.8.61 uses TSmuxer 2.6.15_64bit. When I make .m2ts(H.264/AC3) with above either version, video bitrate of the product is reported greater value than set one by Mediainfo_20.03. For exmple, when set video bitrate to 4310kbps, that of resultant .m2ts is reported...
