How to make it run automatically and silently?

After I click start, it will have a error message and stop working
Output folder "D:\" is a harddisk drive, not DVD rom

I am using build 5152, I got this error but it doesn't have feather message
both x64 and x32 have same problem
I am using windows 7, nvidia driver 270.61

I am using MediaCoder x64 2011 build 5152
When I encode some RMVB or DVD Video, mediacoder will show error 14 and it doesn't work
After I select "Auto Select" in Encode, it change to x264 (which is CPU encode), it doesn't have any problems
Is there any special setting in order to let CUDA work?

I had disable subtitle in mediacoder
but it still auto load the subtitle

Is this related to ffdshow?
I haven't install ffdshow but some plugin may install it
Is any method to disable mediacoder use ffdshow?

I just tried resize to 853x480, but it seems mediacoder hadn't resize it, it is still 740x480

Thx for reply I found that if I use 853x480 to encode the video, CUDA Encoder will have error and not working (x64) But x264 encoder doesn't have any problem If I can choose, I would rather use CUDA Encoder, becuase it did much much better in De-interlace Is that a bug or something, make it doesn't ...
