Hello,

I'm not sure if it is a feature or a bug, but when encoding to h264 with x264 encoder,
I can no longer select Motion Estimation settings, or b-frames settings, in x264 tab.

I have upgraded to latest version, but I remember having access to those settings, just prior to the update.
