What would happen if my CPU supports HEVC coding but GPU doesn't?
For example, the CPU is 7th-generation Intel chip and, the GPU is GTX940M. Will MediaCoder work with the H620/H630 inside the CPU when it converting the vedio into H265 format, or with the GPU which only has partial HEVC support.
