If the file is mono channel genneraly is mixedown fron stereo but soun all channel without stereo effects.

the easy mode is convert to AAC and them change file extencion from m4A to m4R, if i remember this format is for ringthone, and should be 30 seconds lengt

can obtain info. about your original file with media info, to verify if the imput prolile is de problem.
i have sinchronisation problems when te imput file have a audio delay.

I aware the mediacodier support intel quick sync and cuda. NVenc obtain 3-4X 1080P 50-56% video engine load.

before obtaining 0.5fps because have eneable SVE, after disable it obtain significant performance.
