Im having the same issue, im a paid licence holder and disable this annoying screen.

I dont mind the small Mediacoder screen, but hate the webpage welcome screen.
please how do i disable this, i thought one of the reason to pay for this software is to remove the nagscreens!

Please can someone help me on how to mux my MKV files to MPEG TS I dont want to convert the video files, i click "Copy Video", encode audio to AC3 from AAC to Mpeg TS container. I dont find any settings that works, i just get audio converted with no video streams to the audio. This is for my Sony TV...

Yes, so:
H.264 video with x264 encoder
AC3 audio with FFMPEG

FFMPEG as a multiplexer fails
TSMuxer works as multiplexer, but i prefer if i used ffmpeg as Mulitplexer
