There seems to be virtually no difference between any of the 3 samples and the original. On the 3rd sample, I had turned down the Saturation to 50% (almost B&W) and the re-encoding result was just not seen. See attached photo.

Yes, I can definitely see changes to the video in the preview window, but its like the filters are not enabled when re-encoding.
