Yes it works, it can encode large file again , i installed build 5345 but using MEncoder from old build (5302) like you said above. I do a quick test on delay audio, and it work as well. As I mentioned above MEncoder worked as video Source for an AVI of over 6 GB! If you must move away from MEncoder, even though it should work, and you must use FFmpeg, maybe an earlier version of this utility will work. Yes, i read almost all of the guide, although i still didn't quite understand about all the advanced parameter in x.264 (and end up using advanced default setting).
