2 pass Nero AAC
Nero AAc suport 2pass encoding already, but Audiocoder seems to skped that option.

Canot set PAR and DXN HDTV Profile doesn't work.
I used MediaCoder 0.6 before, and HDTV Profile automaticaly set PAR to 1:1. Now with 0.7 is not working, i get bouncing image, and it keep original source AR, even if i have PAR set to 1:1.
