Yes, meRobs the workaround of forcing fourcc to XVID from settings did the trick.
I hope normal fourcc (auto)selection will be restored in future mediacoder releases.

The only problem is that using versions from 5065 to latest 5070 whatever I choose (ffmpeg or mencoder as source, forcing or not divx5 ffourcc, etcetera) I always get FMP4 encoder as reported from GSpot and Medianfo. I have the same problem.
I often convert audio from single Ape file with cue to Flac splitted files and the last track is always broken.
Is there a way to fix this bug?
