Re: MKV to Xvid doubles framerate!!!

Thanks for the replies, all. Turns out that Veedub64 works best for me. Take all of about 2 minutes to run a 1-1/2 hour movie though it to change frame rate in the header to 23.976. I know this is still alot of time for changing what you'd think is a simple matter, but none of the other programs I t...

Re: MKV to Xvid doubles framerate!!!

Looks like I've found a way around this. Using VirtualDub I can change the framerate info using the "video frame rate control > frame rate conversion > conver to fps: 23.9760". Selecting "direct stream copy" under video and audio tabs makes very quick copy without modifying any other aspects of the ...

MKV to Xvid doubles framerate!!!

Here's a strange one. Attempting to re-encode my MKV library to Xvid, for some reason the framerate shown in the AVI header is 47 frames/second instead of the 23 frames/second (both rounded down by Windows Explorer of course). So, trying to change this is a real problem as the video is actually enco...

Re: GPU Encoding is now super slow

I've had some success using CUDA in other versions of Mediacoder. I've been having problems with the 64bit version of MediaCoder for Ipod. I've been able to get my fast CUDA encoding back by using 32bit version for iPod, and 64bit version for the general MediaCoder. So it seems that something's mes...

Re: The version of CUDA h264 has expired

Apparently, the 64 bit version of MediaCoder is taking a back-seat to the 32 bit version as far as upgrades go. Still no 64 bit update available to version 0.7.5.4712. Got tired of changing my system date back and forth to allow cudaH264Enc64.exe to work, so I started poking around a bit. Seems that...

Re: The version of CUDA h264 has expired

I am getting the same error, i have no idea what it is??? ANyone? I'm pretty sure that management will need to update their CUDA drivers supplied with MediaCoder. If so, this is something we will have to wait on (yes, I'm getting the same message for 2 days now). It may be possible to "fool" the dr...
