Hey. I did some tests with the last MediaCoder-x64-0.8.56.5950 : have too use MEncoder as source in the video tab.
Unfortunately you can't have the options FFmpeg offers (like easily put a watermark).
In the fields of encoding, it's almost impossible to have 100% satisfaction.
